The Romers RV Club By-Laws are fashioned after and must conform to the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) By-Laws. The name of this not-for-profit organization is Romers RV Club Chapter of the Family Motor Coach Association, Inc. 

As boring as By-Laws and Standing Rules can be, they are necessary for the effective administration of a business, organization or association.
