The Romers RV Club By-Laws are fashioned after and must conform to the Family RV Association (FRVA) By-Laws. The name of this not-for-profit organization is Romers RV Club Chapter of the Family RV Association, Inc. 

The By-Laws and Standing Rules are necessary for the effective administration of a business, organization or association.
